Random crashing since patch

After the patch the game just exits every so often, without any bug report. Another person in global chat said to have the same problem. Clean install after PC restart did not fix the issue.

It happened between 11:30-55 UTC.

Hello all,

Same it's happening to me after this last patch

What happened ?? The durability of my equipment is degraded after each exit (money lost).
It happened in the daily expedition every ~1-2 minutes.

It is happening for me too. Cant even play really because it just closes itself every 30sec to 2 minutes...
Ive started playing yesteday and everything worked fine. Than today after maintenance this starts happening

Same here,

checked to update AMD Driver to the latest Version, stopped Video recording from Radeon Relive, repaired Game, Changed Video Settings (Low to Ultra and backwards)

Nothing helps... interessting fact:

Since the Patch i got performance Problems too, like 0,5 Sec freezing Frame every 2 or 3 Seconds when riding with a Mount...

same same problems here. Game keeps crashing!.

System: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x

Use the command #bug to report this in the game. The more are using it, the better.
It will help Albion team to solve the problem faster (I think

)

Use the #bug command in game.
- Example: #bug there's a hole in the ground here.
This method is the best way to report any environmental bugs (misplaced objects, resources stuck in other objects, invisible walls, holes, missing textures etc) because coordinates of your character are sent along with the report so you don't have to post a screenshot or explain where exactly the problem is.
Post a thread in the Bugs forum.
- A good bug report should be brief but specific with as many details as possible. You may use following template:
  - Description of the issue:
  - Steps to reproduce:
  - Result:
  - Expected result

Hey guys, just to clarify here - your game client closes without any error message? If so please message support@albiononline.com with following information:

DxDiag file: on Windows: press Windows Key + R then type dxdiag and confirm with enter. This information can also be saved throuh "Save All Information" and attached to your report
output_log.txt - should be copied right after the crash otherwise it will override the file next time you start the game. You can find it here:
Windows: C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\LocalLow\Sandbox Interactive GmbH\Albion Online Client\output_log.txt (note that AppData is a hidden folder so you should have "Hidden Items" checked in your View tab to see it)
how often it occurs and in which circumstances - is it only in cities? dungeons? or anyime regardless of cluster of how crowded is surrounded area

You can also check Crash Reports and report the issue according to the guide there. Meanwhile I'd recommend using the repair/reinstall option and update your OS and drivers to check if that helps.

Email has been sent. Drivers and game reinstalled but still have the problem

OK, mail has been sent out.

Also to mention here like I mentioned in the ticket.
I encounter also artifacts randomly and low frame rates, that were not seen before the patch.

@n0mis07 and @Zulmer what do you mean by artifacts? Like broken item icons? You should try the reinstall/repair option in launcher then.

it was like broken graphic card signs. green purple pink strips appears for 0,1 sec.

and yes i repaired. and reinstalled. still have it.

i have rx590 and i tested my card with Escape from tarkov. there is nothing wrong. it works well.

Like Zulmer said, GPU artifacts. RX 470 here and works very well. Problems appeared after the patch, so.. something wrong with the patch.
