In order: Regular Nameplate, Epic Founder Nameplate, Legendary Founder Nameplate
Founder Packs were only available for purchase before the official release of the game in 2017. -

You sure it wasn't the Epic Starters pack? Founder packs were only available while the game was still in Beta.
