Been stuck on connecting screen, and after trying to load after character selection. I can finally log in sometimes, then get DC'd on transferring to a new zone. Have to try and reconnect, which fails a bunch of times, and says server not available. This has happened a couple of times this week around the same time.

right now my launcher is not working.what should I do ? don't work build on site and many bugs on site for example emagine don't upload

I'm getting:
The area shows it's name and loading bar (like if transitioning), then goes to a black screen.with a cursor
Eventually it cycles back to a connecting spinner, and retries. After a while I can break back out to character select and try again. Occasionally it actually works.

Last failure was with Lantali when transitioning to Vixen Tor from Smoothfloor Cleft. Before that had several login attempts into Smoothfloor Cleft.

I'm legit having the same issue right now. I play from Canada, so I imagine I use the N.E USA servers.

It all started last night about an hour before maintenance. (3:30-4:00am)
Any time I attempt to go in to a portal in a major city, I get a long black screen (very irregular for my pc)
and then I get kicked back out to the login page.
It also doesn't let me log back in for roughly 5-10 mins.
Gives me a constant "failed to connect to server" message. Very frustrating and very annoying.

Say goodbye to premium time, let alone being able to even play the game.
These are the things that I feel will make this game lose players....

Im not DCing but im having a lot of Lag spikes randomly and in big fights. This started today at the same time ppl was having this black screen issue.

Hey everyone,

we're currently investigating why some portion of the player base (seems to be mostly players connecting from the United States and Canada) is experiencing these network issues at this time.

UPDATE: issues should be resolved by now

Im playing from Brazil and im still getting all the issues above, black screens , dc , log time to reconnect for the past 4 hours. i reinstall the game , reboot modem , called the service provider to reset my signal and nothing

I'm still having a black screen problem and my game is dropping from the server and coming back to the login and password screen all the time, I just tested it right now and I still have this problem

Since the update today, I cannot launch the game, the launcher starts fine, I have even reinstalled the game from the launcher. Shows the server to be online, but when I try to launch the game, I get this:

Unknown file version (Albion-Online.exe)
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
and another window saying Launch error, Unrecognized game client. Cannot continue.
How can I get past that to launch the game?

Edit: So after trial and error, I deleted the Albion-Online.exe file and did another repair and then the game started working.

Guys, since this daily downtime (03/11/2020) I get a black screen everytime the game has to load something, I can't even enter the game because all I get is just this black screen and after a while the game sends me to the main menu. I come from LoL community, and so I'm a new player here in Albion, it's been two weeks since i got into the game and despite the fact that LoL community is one of the most toxic communities out there I should say that its Support System for the players is quite good in general. Anyway I came here in Albion to distance myself from that kind of people, I hope that Albion's team will fix this.
Please, don't disappoint me like LoL has already done, this game has a lot of potential, I'm counting on you.

Edit: ok it seems that the game is running properly now!

Crash from Launcher immediately after 'checking game data integrity' - starts downloading patch 7.0 and BOOM!

I have also lodged a Ticket.
