    Dear fellow adventurers,

    Our goal is to ensure that the Albion Online Community is enjoyable and helpful to all users, while also helping us in creating and improving the game. The following basic forum rules are designed to support that purpose.

    Dos
    • be friendly
    • be helpful and supportive
    • give feedback - positive and negative - and help us to improve the game
    Don’ts
    • insult or harass others
    • rant, rage or spread toxicity.
    • use melodramatic thread titles
    • use the forums for individual customer service issues. The forum staff cannot help you. Instead, contact our customer service here.
    Additional Don’ts
    • use the community for commercial dealings/advertising
    • spam
    • post headlines in CAPS
    • extensively use caps or large font sizes
    • post personal information of other members
    • impersonate a Sandbox Interactive employee
    • discuss moderator decisions in the forums
    • discuss customer support issues in the forums
    • intentionally spoil recently aired shows or movies
    • publish hacks/cheats/exploits in the forums - please report those to our customer support instead
    • breach our Terms and Conditions
    • post or link executable files
    • make public accusations of cheating, hacking, or breaking Terms and Conditions against other members, all reports should be forwarded to customer support
    • exception: in the Forum Banter sub-forum, banter between players and guilds is generally allowed as we consider it part of the meta-game
    Sanctions
    • based on the breach of these rules and on a user’s history, on a case by case basis, in our sole discretion, we will do one or more of the following:
      • edit your post / title in such a way that it is compliant with the forum rules
      • remove your post
      • issue a warning
      • remove your posting rights - for a certain time or permanently
      • ban your account - for a certain time or permanently
