Hey folks,
with our next major feature update Queen coming up soon, we will be making extensive changes to the Outlands. To make the transition for everyone easier, we will be adding a new feature that allows you to move and transfer your laborers.
Laborer Contracts

Simply put, these let you pick up any placed laborer and transfer them to your inventory, as you would with furniture items. To do this, we have added a "Pick Up" button to the management section of the Laborer UI.
When being picked up, laborers will turn into a contract of their respective tier. However, any progress made between tiers will be lost, as well as any equipped journals or unclaimed resources.
Once in your inventory, laborers can be placed in another location by clicking the "Place" button in the contract's item details. This will create a new laborer of the contract's tier. As with freshly acquired laborers, these higher tier laborers will need to go through the process of settling into their new home, so they won't be available for work immediately.
Laborer contracts are also fully tradeable:
