Mount Skins will have visibility options in the settings menu under a new tab. Per default, Mount Skins are always visible. But you can decide to hide mount skins of yourself, play partners or opponents to reveal their "original" mount in non-safe zones. The setup will look similar to this:
      Show mount skins for yourself:
      Always (Default)
      Only in safe areas

Show mount skins of play partners (Same Guild, Alliance or Party):
      Always (Default)
      Only in safe areas

      Show mount skins of opponents:
      Always (Default)
      Only in safe areas

Odds are, people will be turning this feature off so they can see what each person in the Black Zone is precisely riding.

Is the ability for only you seeing your skin in the black zone worth hundreds of millions of silver?

Food for thought. Posting this because not everyone knows this part of the implementation.

I would turn it off to see what im messing with if i was going out in black zone, but there is alot of people who would pay real money for skins, this is just a staple thing in any mmo. looking good is part of the theme..I know if i was playing i would pay..

is it worth the millions of silver? not sure. depends, are the skin reallly epic? like vindictus?... really not sure, but if it is i would still pay that much.

you said millions and i didnt take to account really the cost of it.. i had 50mill that i gave away for free. how much would of it cost me? and didnt do research btw to busy in mtg arena

Damn, you're angry. I'm just trying to help people out, bro. Relax. Talk about flexing an ePeen.
I’m not in the least bit angry. And don’t be so disingenuous ... your reply helped no one. You were just trying to be a smart ass, not trying people out at all.
