      I want to create topic with my idea for lightning staffs.
      The numbers in "()" indicate the quantity of Item Power and the numbers from to are the quantity Item Power.


      First I want to share Q spells on all weapons.


      First Q spell
      Lightning bolt
      Energy cost 15(700 IP) - 33(1600IP)
      Range 11m
      Deals 250(200 in 1h) - 520(410 in 1h) magical damage to single target and causes enemy to receive 5% more damage for 3 sec.
      Cast time 1s


      Second Q spell (3 lvl)
      Chain lightning
      Energy cost 18(700IP) - 40(1600IP)
      Range 11m
      Creates chain lightning which deals 210(180 in 1h) - 440(370 in 1h) magical damage up to 5 enemies in 3m radius between chains
      Cast time 1.2s


      First W spell
      Lightning call
      Energy cost 20 - 45
      Range 13m
      Summons small lightning bolt which deals 400(350 in 1h) - 840(730 in 1h) magical damage in 4m radius
      Cast time instant
      Cooldown 10 s


      Second W spell (9lvl)
      Lightning trap
      Energy cost 30 - 65
      Range 10m
      Summons small ligtning trap in the selected place which explodes in 7m radius when enemy triggered it. It deals 50 - 100 magical damage and stuns enemies for 3 - 5 s.
      Cast time 1s
      Cooldown 20 s


      Third W spell (15lvl)
      Charged dash
      Energy cost 25 - 55
      Range 11m
      Charges in selected place(2m width) and imposes weakness to enemies passed through, which decrases enemy immunity to crowd control by 30 - 70 for 3s
      Cast time instant
      Cooldown 20s


      Fourth W spell (30lvl)
      Storm
      Energy cost 30 - 65
      Range 11m
      Summons lightning discharge in selected place which deals 150(130 in 1h) - 225(210 in 1h) magical damage per second for 7s in 5m radius
      Cast time 1.5s
      Cooldown 20s



      Fifth W spell (70lvl)
      Lightning blessing
      Energy cost 50 - 110
      Range 11m
      Bless weapons up to 10 allies with lightning presence. Allies which has lightning presence summons chain lightning which deals additional 50(45 in 1h) - 110(100 in 1h) magical damage up to 5 enemies in 3m radius between chains every times they deals damage(up to 10 times)
      Cast time 2.5s
      Cooldown 30s

      Now I want to share all Passives.

      Passives:
      First passive
      Discharge
      Every 5th attack or spell you summons chaing lightning which deals 80 - 175 magical damage up to 5 enemies in 3m radius between chains


      Second passive (6lvl)
      Energy leech
      Every enemy which receives damage from you, restore 3 - 6 energy


      Third passive (20lvl)
      Aggressive caster
      Every 4 activated spells, you gain a cast speed buff of 40% for 3s


      Fourth passive (50lvl)
      Furious
      Every 5 activated spells, all your damage gets increased by 10% for 4s.

      Lightning bolt
      Energy cost 40 - 90
      Range 20m
      Summons lightning bolt which passes thought enemies in straight line(2m width) and deals 600 - 1350 magical damage
      Cast time 1s
      Cooldown 10s

      DPS 52 - 110
      Max energy 60 - 130
      Energy regen 1 - 2/s



      Lightning blade (1h runes artifact)
      This weapon is melee weapon which has other spells and statistics


      First Q spell
      Energy cost 15 - 33
      Swings on target enemy and deals 300 - 650 magical damage and causes enemy to receive 5% more damage for 3 sec.
      Cooldown 3s


      Second Q spell
      Energy cost 18 - 40
      Swing the weapon in front of you and deals 200 - 420 magical damage to enemies in front of you(4m radius) and summons chain lightning which deals 100 - 110 magical damage up to 5 enemies in 3m radius between chains

      E spell
      Superconductor
      Energy cost 50 - 110
      Range 6m
      Discharges huge electric mass from you which deals 800 - 1800 and stuns enemies for 5 - 8 s
      Cast time 0.5s
      Cooldown 30s

      DPS 105 - 233 magical damage
      Max energy 60 - 130
      Energy regen 1 - 2/s



      Third passive
      Attack Speed
      Every 6 normal attacks, you gain an Attack Speed Bonus of 30% for 3s




      Great lightning scepter (2h)

      Lightning Storm
      Energy cost 20 - 45/s
      Range 13m
      Summons Lightning storm which deals 50 - 110 magical damage every 0.5s to all enemies in 7m radius so long you have energy or you cancel it
      Cast time 1s
      Cooldown 30s


      Weapon damage 43 - 90
      DPS 55 - 120
      Max energy 90 - 195
      Energy regen 1.5 - 3/s



      Chaining staff (2h)


      E spell
      Lightning circuit
      Energy cost 60 - 135
      Range 7m
      Summons huge chain lightning which bounces to nearby target in 3m radius up to 4 times and deals a lot of more magical damage per bounce
      First enemy takes 400 - 840
      Second enemy takes 500 - 1050
      Third enemy takes 600 - 1260
      Fourth enemy takes 700 - 1470
      Fifth enemy takes 800 - 1680
      Cast time 1.5s
      Cooldown 30s


      Weapon damage 43 - 90
      DPS 55 - 120
      Max energy 90 - 195

      Thunderstrucked scepter (2h souls artifact)

      Summons huge lightning in selected place which deals 1000 - 2200 magical damage in 4m radius and stuns enemies for 2 - 3 s

      Storm sower staff (2h relic artifact)


      Lightning brand
      Energy cost 100 - 220
      Range 11m
      Allies near you are blessed with lightning marks. Allies which has lightning marks summons chain lightning which deals additional 75 - 165 magical damage up to 5 enemies in 3m radius between chains every times they deals damage(up to 10 times)
      Cast time 2s
      Cooldown 45s


      Weapon damage 54 - 120
      DPS 71 - 155
      Max energy 105 - 220
      Energy regen 1.5 - 3/s

    • Some pretty interesting ideas here, would love to see lightning staff in the game too at some point!

      I like the idea of increasing damage taken and lowering cc resistance, i think a way of increasing damage taken outside of armor lowering would be great.
      I think having interrupts on most of the spells would be fitting too, would fill an interesting niche if some of the chain spells had interrupts or a low cooldown Q had an interrupt.
