If i am not mistaken in 1 of the videos with the devs in the past they mentioned Changing Appearance (Skins) .

In the announcement about today's patch they said its in the next big patch. Which I would imagine would be in July/August.

As @Circe1872 already said: We're releasing the first batch of customization options with out next content update Percival. There's no release date yet.
