Well, 'server is starting' message came up and now its offline again ...???

It's our standard daily downtime. However, we are making some tech changes to try and address yesterday's performance issues, hence downtime takes longer.

I think this hotfix ... still taking longer than it should to come up though ... maybe they are hand cranking it.

Changes
- Increased respawn rate for non-resource mobs in safe zones (excluding dungeons) by 666% (i.e. mobs will respawn much faster in these zones)
- Improved login services
- Adjusted guild change cooldown from 48 hours to 30 minutes (this will be reset to 48 hours during the week of April 15th, prior to the start of Season 6)
- Fixed an issue where character nameplates appeared over other UIs
