Disconnecting on Loading Screen

    • Disconnecting on Loading Screen

Me and a couple other people have come into the problem with loading screens after this new patch.
Not always but when going from point A to point B and there's a loading screen in my experience when I right click to move before the loading screen has finished the game will turn black and I will disconnect. If I click once or twice more it tells me Albion isn't responding anymore.

For example I went from Caeleron Bank to Caerleon Market and I was right clicking to move and the loading screen came up for 1 second than disappeared and I went to black screen.
    • Hi guys, could you post exact time when you get disconnected and which cluster you were zoning to (and which cluster you zoned from) - or keep in mind to post it once it happen again? It would be also helpful if you could attach output_log.txt (copied right after getting disconnected) - you can find it here:

Windows: C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\LocalLow\Sandbox Interactive GmbH\Albion Online Client\output_log.txt (note that AppData is a hidden folder so you should have "Hidden Items" checked in your View tab to see it)
    • Ok, it just happened.

Crashed while zoning from Caerleon to Caerleon Market

Below is output_log from the directory you specified. However, modified-time on this file is 20190227 18:37 UTC, but the crash happened at 20190227 23:10 UTC.

    • Is there a fix for this?

I bought this game 3 weeks ago, and suddenly I'm not able to play any more since yesterday afternoon.

Most times I'm able to get to the character selection screen, but after selection it either says it cannot connect. On other occasions the game loads and I get a black screen (but with sound). After a while it comes back to the character selection screen. On extremely rare occasions I'm able to play, but as soon as I try to move zones we're back to the cannot connect / black screen business.

I created a 2nd character to test, but the same thing happens.

I then hit Google and this forum to find out this is a VERY common issue that's been around for YEARS. I mean, Sandbox, you cannot fix this??
    • Thanks for the feedback, just as a reminder we still need more information, please have a look at my previous post:

Would be helpful if you could also attach your DxDiag file.

FYI does it happen every time when you zone or maybe you noticed it happens when you start clicking on the screen while it's still loading?

Looks like it's logging only log in action but not log out.
      DxDiag here on Google Drive

Logging out happens randomly, it doesn't matter if zoning or moving or etc. About 5-10 seconds
