If you are that concerned simply message the owners and ask for associate rates, it isn't a difficult process. Breaking news - plot owners are not going to make a loss for your benefit and to expect them to makes zero sense. They could be charging a lot more for using the stations. ” Is it time to form anothe…

Quote from Midgard: “Quote from megan.black: “may be SBI can make a feature to transfer island each month or so between cities, or at least all cities except carleon ” Maybe once per season. With a hefty silver sink cost attached. ” Would have to be a huge cost to avoid market repercussions.

  • Quote from SHARKY: “I agree with you all, but @Fred_the_Barbarian has a very valid point - make farming easier and many more people will do it, driving down profits. Maybe the way to address this is you have to earn the 'Take all' function via 100 specialisation for whatever crop or animal you want to use it on. 100 spec takes a bit of hard work and dedication to get to. ” Agreed, it would make it worth something then.

  • Quote from Fred_the_Barbarian: “If this is added, Brad will find that his profits shrink dramatically, because Brad's labor is a large part of what makes farming profitable. ” True Fred but only in base terms, because the time freed up by not clicking 27 million seeds can be used for other econ ventures, thus actually in real terms increasing his profits and not causing burn out.

  • We have been asking for the 'Plant all', 'Water all', 'Take all' per plot for a couple of years, farming takes so much time as you get better at it that when you run a lot of econ it just becomes unwieldy and time consuming compared to other more lucrative methods like labourers. This suggestion would redress that balance. @Retroman any news on this, we were going to talk more about it 12 months ago, did that ever happen?

  • Oh wow this looks like fun, something to occupy us while Saya is on extended leave.

  • Quote from KroDuK: “Lord Britain or british it's like renaissance or reborn (first is french-other is english) Garriot is the father of the Ultima aka Game director during the beta and he, later, became a EA employee (sold his project) To learn about UO release go watch SotA it was the same; but back in 90s poeple was not calling this pre release the beta was the release.. UO beta ended at Lost Land patch... for the players it became the official release: T2A aka Lost Land.. like 1 month after L…

  • Quote from KroDuK: “Like SotA; UO was in alpha and beta a very long time.. Lord Britain is the avatar of Richard Garriot the game director The first big patch during the BETA was Lost Land consider for the official release (game no more in alpha/beta) One yrs and a half later it was renaissance/REBORN ” Lord British is Richard's Avatar, the game designer, not Lord Britain. T2A happened in October 1998 when the game was in full release, not Beta and it had been for some time - since September the…

  • Quote from KroDuK: “Meanwhile the Lord Britain died during the BETA in august 1998 one month before the official release -.- ” Don't know who that is, Lord British died, did you mean him? Seems like only yesterday ...

  • Quote from KroDuK: “From someone that allegedly played 16 years on UO (14 yrs and a half Trammel existed on the 16years) ” Not true. Launch was 24th Sept 1997, Renaissance launched on 4th May 2000. Just so you know for your own information. Cheers.

  • Quote from KroDuK: “@Barathorn i don't think u can gage anything with the tool u have after missjudging what i said so bad, sry, not sry kido.. btw if safe zone arent safe change the color from blue to green.. since day 1 blue zone are safe zone since u have to be dumb or not knowing what u do to flag on a t3 zone there is 0 reason to go faction flag on a t3 zone except for rewarding bad behavior the vet player that gonna run 10 zones to reach that t3 zone with his 6.2 to 8.1 gears for his bad b…

  • Quote from Piddle: “Quote from Barathorn: “Ok let's look at this sensibly. ” Grandpa, do you remember where you are? This is Albion Online. We don't do that here. Welcome back. ” Thanks Piddle, are you still pushing econ hard? If so we better have a chat at some point.

  • Quote from KroDuK: “Quote from Barathorn: “Bit of an issue when the towns that you flag to fight for are the very essence of said safe zones. How can you fight for a town if you can't access it to faction flag yourself to fight for that town? FWIW the faction system was specifically designed for the Royal Continent, so yes it was designed for the safe zones. Great design mechanic - risk vs reward - exactly what Albion was built upon. ” Without allegenace system and the fact u can quit faction fl…

  • Quote from KroDuK: “Faction player do not belong on the safe zone..in the current state of the faction system, flagged players should not be able to go on blue zone, final.. Faction flag without allegeance system do not belong in the blue zone.. faction are not design for SAFE ZONE Another bad design mecanic that repulse players away ” Bit of an issue when the towns that you flag to fight for are the very essence of said safe zones. • Quote from ImaDoki: “Quote from emutheblue: “Whoever has been pumping and dumping gold over the past 24 hours. What other reason would gold spike to 4,500 in the 24hrs preceding an announcement that will have a significant negative impact on the price of gold? There's no other rational explanation. ” The gold fluctuation the last 24h is directly caused by the New Skin - Cougar. People is creating new accounts as referrals and using the silver from their main account to pay for premium on the new…

  • The thing that strikes me as odd and way off in all of this, is the casual way that "1% of Albion get to GvG is thrown around". Has anyone ever stopped to realise that the 1% might do the fighting, but far more than the 1% actually benefited from the GvG system. Especially in these days of huge Mega Alliances. So 1%? Not really a realistic figure to be used in the context of the argument. The current crystal league proposals are not even close to offering anything near what was before. So now we…

Quote from Midgard: “Quote from BriarMoss: “Some of that is illusion though. ” There is no illusion ...its all fact. Gold sale ... more gold enters the economy .. supply increases .. gold price drops. It really is as simple as that. ” No it isn't. Because the silver entered into the market doesn't magically vanish, in most cases it ends up in the hands of someone who buys gold with it or who pays for their subscription with it. Which causes the price to rise long term, as shown by the rises sinc…
