I also want to add-on: Grief launching typically occurs when a handful of players are causing a waste-time scenario for a much larger force. They're not using the tactic to split a force, but to demoralize and make the game un-fun. I don't think this mechanic of creating bad emotions should continue. If you implement the change it will bring communities together because they have to band together to take objectives, instead of a mage raiding party going around causing large scale discourse of th…

Quote from Georg51: “Your fix is only a bandaid for the symptom and not a cure for the actual problem. That problem being that the entire territory warfare system does not encourage or reward fighting over objectives, but rather ratting them. This is due to the nature of the launch + capture system in place that is both out-dated and doesn't fit the type of content that territory warfare is meant for. What needs overhauled is everything from the way territories are launched on, the way they are …

I complained about grief launching many months ago and am here to reiterate the importance of fixing this mechanic. Grief launching is when the enemy will repeatedly launch on a territory without the intention of actually contesting. This is problematic with the game as it forces a side to mass for zero-gain. This is an old tactic and I contribute it to un-fun playing styles. You want your customers as a company to have as much fun as possible in the game to share their experiences with friends.…

Quote from Georg51: “Quote from latenightpizzas: “Probably one of the worse updates for new players ” Quote from latenightpizzas: “did the update spur black zone activity like they intended or did it end up in the same state like before with better rewards for those holding those zone? ” Disagree on the first point and I'll use some examples answering the 2nd part to explain: 1. Lands Awakened gave newer/solo/small guild players an avenue for which to earn season rewards (via Conqueror's Challen…

Quote from Rajfajzen: “Quote from Shozen: “Quote from Kokosmilch: “We need skins for silver sink ” ” First of all, revisit crafting system in blackzone, especially bonuses on top-tier maps where you can craft, with no focus and still produce tons of silver ( money printing ). trashing loot table should be revisited and propably increased. ” I’ll say it again. It’s been 20 months since lands awakened. Made billions hooray… Probably one of the worse updates for new players. Forcing old players to …

Quote from Bogul: “Quote from YeSer: “i want hear ur opinion about this skin, its will be used? ” please write your question differently, your translation software did not work properly ” Probably is wondering your thoughts on how much gold will be taken out of the market from self-referrals. If that's still a function of the gold market and self referring.

Quote from The_Support_God: “so assuming on average small guilds maintain a power level of 6 the diffrence between a T1 zone (poral zone) and a T6 zone (inner ring) is about 13% RRR it is not as visible when crafting lower tier items T4,5,6 but when crafting T7 and T8 it is almost madatory so while i understand that it screws over 80% of the population and indirectly contribute to price increase of items lately the reward is worth the effort because figthing over cores that spawn in the center o…

Quote from The_Support_God: “fyi to get to HO power level 9 you need a ton of cores and by a ton it means literally all cores in the 2 tiles over this is not possible unless you are using Headquaters throughout the entire season Sheesh and clubhouse/sroomsquad only maintain about level 7 HO it took about 2 times power core to get from 8 to 9 which is not feasable when maintaining a large alliance this went the same for blackorder and surf where we shared a T6 zone with in the center of the map ”…

Quote from The_Support_God: “It was made this way so that people who can hold a high quality zone can benefit from it and getting the Headquarters to power level 5 or 6 is very easy with 1 or 2 purple cores a day. this would make fighting for Cores Valuable as it increases EXP for killing mobs and crafting bonuses it makes guilds (large guilds) who can fight for high tier Zones and hold those zones reap the profits they deserve not all is sunshine and rainbow as you describe because even with th…

I don't post here often. After the Land Awaken Patch there was a increase in RRR difference between Q1 -> Q6 zones. I feel as if the Dev team didn't know about potential costs associated with having a lower quality zone. But i'm here to give reason why Q1 RRR should be buffed to account for unforeseen costs associated with the Power Core/HQ change. Currently, there is a 13.8% difference between Q6 Hideouts and Q1 Hideouts. Larger guilds typically don't have much competition compared to Q1 zones …

Here some things that I think contribute to the inflation over the year so far. 1) The transmutation nerf (wiki.albiononline.com/wiki/Ver…61fba5faf4fe889e6ad71c16b) This increased the cost to transmute lower tier resources. 2) Laborer journal nerf (lands awaken) Increasing the amount of XP to fill each book made the crafting break-evens to increase; pushing black market prices up systematically. 3) Hideout/Cores (lands awaken) The system before allows public crafting hideouts to exist at a compe…

There has been a growing concern with snowballing effects of making wide profits off skins. Here's a thoughtful proposal to incentivize referring and some background to the current system: Current self-referring has been a large issue because of advertised prices and lack of availability of skins. But a positive outcome from skin-referring is hedging risks of crafting, by offering the 30 days premium. You see older skins going for many billions of silver which is sparking new methods of silver m…

Quote from Grizzleee: “What about this update has people saying RIP? I read through the linked post & couldn't seem to find any numbers or information as to what you guys think is going to happen. What's going to be such a killer when this drops? ” The problem with the update is that its more centered towards guilds. Of course they're adding QOL for all of the players and introducing new maps to entice people into the guilds territories, but it'll be a season before you start to see new players …

We deserve to have a AMA with SBI's employee that did the economic analysis. Please, tell me why you must introduce more barriers to entry when it comes to crafting. Now I must appeal to my local crystal guild leader and persuade them into abusing new mechanics to stay alive. I repeat, its okay to have a thoughtful back and forth with the community before you release the patch.
