We used to comment on every crystal arena thread we see, but noticing how the company simply sits out all feedback and pretends nothing happend until every discussion dies out on its own is very unmotivating. Group queue needs to be separated from solo queue, if players want to play as a group they can use the crystal league system or set up fights manually using the custom match mode or some other new system. Are we just going to ignore the very fact that VPN exists and we are on the connected internet? If you make the price cheaper for certain groups of users, then soon everyone will use a VPN (or some other tool) to pretend to be a member of one of the groups and get the cheaper price. This will immediately disrupt the companies profits.

Your reason for not allowing players to switch gear was because some people were having less than 900 item power in the crystal arena, however that was already explained to be caused by the soft item power cap and not by them intentionally switching to weaker gear. Someone intentionally using weak gear (or playing poorly otherwise) cannot be reasonably stopped anyway. What most likely happend is that they did not change their gear, instead their item power simply got reduced by the soft item power cap mechanic in the crystal arena. When calculating the entry requirement the normal item power is considered, but upon entry item power above 900 gets reduced by 80%. Yes we support this, but not only while dueling, we should generally be able to hide other characters. Perhaps the first commentator failed to realise it but but hiding other characters also hides dueling characters, which solves their annoyance too. This is also already automatically enabled when there are more than 500 characters on a map, so we just need the ability to manually invoke this setting.
