I think there is a delay between when my autoattack animation is finished and when the damage is registered even with melee weapons. So if I use assasin jacket in between that time window, I will be out of it immediately.

I have a lot of footage already, where I was immediately out of my assasin jacket after using it, without any of my wrongdoings. This happens usually when I use assain jacket right AFTER I autoattack, and I'm using melee, not bow. Where should I submit these footage to the devs?

How did you conclude the correlation? If may very well be that the release of Mists pump up the demand for 8.3 gears.

On a side note, why do people think a new server would be new player friendly? The most skillful and experienced players and guilds will be raping new players for each ounce of resources there is. They absolutely don't need any specs to do that. A stable and established server may be a far less harsh environment for new players in my opinion.
