When the 8.4 stats got introduced the cooldown on mistcaller changed. With 8.3 you used to get the full bonus if you had nothing else equipped and now it is listed to only give 17%. Same with 8.4 as noted in the screen shot. Was their a update to how cooldown works from single sources as well as for diminishing returns? The new Q3 on nature staffs can be stepped on and triggered by both enemy players and mounted allies/ enemies players. Not sure this is intended since the Patch notes said allies…

Looking to find out if mounting up is supposed to be usable while under a silence effect. Should silences interrupt the mount up channel or prevent it, Do silences interrupt other channels like hide outs and territories? Currently you can mount up while under the affects of silence. is this not a bug?

Long story short Martlock is able to capture Broken fell, if they control Bowscale because their is a static dungeon in Runnel Sink, & Garrow Fell. This connects 1. Miner boot bug
PostMiner boot ability flee silence is not interacting with mounts anymore. Even when you are silenced from the boots ability you are able to mount up immediately. Side request: require all gathering armor gear to be equipped to use the special ability on gathering gear. Edit: it seems we can now mount in any silence now?
