Hey there, do you have a date and an exact time stamp (ingame/UTC) ? Maybe I can find something in the database. Additionally, can you send us your player.log? Start your launcher, click on Settings on the left and then on "Game logs". A folder will open up in which you will find the file called "player" (log is the filetype). Cheers

Nickname bugged
PostHey there, as far as I know, your nickname is linked to your account, so you can only create a new character on your old account with that same nickname. Cheers

Nevermind I think I found you anyway. I can see several lagspikes that are logged for your characters (3000ms+) - so my bet is, this is happening because of connection issues.
