    Hey there, did you try to uninstall and reinstall the game? If the issue still persists afterwards, can you send us your launcher and player log? Start your launcher, click on Settings. Then click on the "Launcher Logs" button which opens a folder where you should find a text file called "launcher" (log is the filetype) Same goes for the player log: Open your launcher, click on Settings and then on the launcher logs button which will open a folder where you will find the player.log Cheers

    Nevermind I think I found you anyway. I can see several lagspikes that are logged for your characters (3000ms+) - so my bet is, this is happening because of connection issues.
