Since most days there's no crystal level higher than 3, the highest experienced teams will play level 3's and absolutely crush 99% of the teams they meet that wanna try and get a foothold in crystals. What's the point even if you can't get someone of your level, or at least not that high above you. Like you'll meet people with 100mil crystal league fame or higher

I also have this problem, started getting it maybe 2 days ago. Before this I was fine for a long time. Fastest way to fix it is to go back where you came from and then zone back in. Still very annoying since sometimes it lasts longer than the bubble is up for. Also doesn't happen only in cities, happens everywhere including blackzones.
