i'm not saying that it is ideal, but it also prevents players from rageplugging when they start losing to just poof out of existence

not a bug mate. the everlasting 'activation' buff cannot be purged, so if you purge cleric too early you can re-proc it look at NDA Balance Playtests Everlasting Spirit (Cleric Robe) The activation phase doesn't count as a buff anymore and thus can't be purged

So this isn't a bug, it's a feature. When you get disconnected, your character enters sort of a 'forced logoff state' where it starts logging out. Based on the cluster you are in, you are locked from logging back in because the character is still in the game.

i agree.. also it should be somehow better explained to players in general, because people are still confused by soft and hard caps for certain stats

Hey dude, not sure how up to date that is, but a reply from one of the devs for a similar issue was this: Cast Speed buffs have a soft cap. Using this forumla: 1 - (1/(Sum[(1/(1-CDR)) -1] + 1)) Example: You have two buffs each giving 20% cast speed reduction. Then the calculation would look like this: =1-(1/(((1/(1-0.2)) -1)+((1/(1-0.2)) -1)+1)) = 0.3333 I assume it is still the case for both CDR and Cast Speed and that's what you're seeing.
