Hello, I noticed yesterday that enigma blade cooldown does not get reduced by CD reduction food and offhands. In the tooltip of the ability the CD get changed but when you actually use it there is no cooldown reduction if you used pork omelet for example. For example when there is not CD reduction used in the tool tip it shows 11/20 seconds CD when you use pork omelet and mistcaller the tooltip changes to 11/16 (for example it depends on the IP and the tier of the food), but when you use the abi…
