If i maxed my armor or my weapon and if i want to fame farm with it the fame will be converted to combat credits it will convert 100 percent of my fame to combat credits,?

What crossbow and what armor?? I asked if u can get more health or Crowd control duration or more defense on weapons with high specialization. If you don't know the answer please stop posting for no reason.
