The Completed tab is a tab at the lower right-hand corner of the marketplace window. Just have you have tabs along the right-hand side for buying, selling, and your existing listings, the Completed tab appears when you have completed transactions to collect (whether that's items you've purchased or items that you had listed for sale, which eventually timed out). Looks like that skin only works on armored horses, so it won't work on the bat. But you can buy an armored horse relatively cheaply at the market.

There has been quite a bit of new content added in recent updates, including a new weapon line (gauntlets). There have also been a great many quality-of-life improvements. My situation is different than yours since I've never paused or quit playing, but I'd say it's totally worth it.

It looks like there may be an issue with the tooltips shown for the secondary (gathering buff) effects on fisherman's gear. For example, looking at a T6 fisherman's cap, the tooltip for the buff looks like this. Notice it says you get an increase of 1.5% yield per stack: JSSRbc6.png ...However, when you equip the cap and mouse over the actual buff, it shows this: m4lVtk8.png The actual buff is apparently only 0.75% per stack (half the amount indicated in the tooltip) for this particular item.
