    All accounts that have ever logged in from my IP (open access) for using bot programs have been blocked, even inactive accounts that have not been in the game for more than a month have been blocked. All those who considered the blocking unfair contacted the support service, where they received the usual answer about violations of the rules, the text for all answers is the same. Is it possible to check accounts manually?
