There is again an issue with Orange ISP, packet loss etc. making the game unplayable. This happened already a bunch of times in the past for the last 3 years and the issue is still not solved... I opened a ticket on the ISP forum a long time ago but it doesn't seem to be any useful but hopefully you can do something about this long lasting issue.

RT isnt about item balance and this thread isnt made to apply to the round table and mods should close it. If you want to join the RT, suggest good stuff in the public forums consistently or push your guild to the required level next season. There are multiple ways to join it, asking here isn't one.
