Short desc. of the issue: Frostbolt (Q spell on Frost Staves) has an inconsistent animation on female characters, that appears clunky. Reproducibility: Always Steps to Reproduce: Log into the game #unlockall #newitem t4_1h_frost_staff #newitem t4_shield equip both items, make sure the staff has Frost Bolt as it's Q spell.
