I would say that Not only Hideouts need that NPC but also small black zone cities. I am solo player, living in bz 24/7 and i cant have my own Hideout.

Devilmare / Satomarah (most time on that) Today i am OFF, tomorrow after 17 utc (almost every day)

Still not working since 2 weeks, now even if i delete albion online.exe it download it but easy Doesent work. Any feedback Or uninstal that shit?

In Albion game files Delete: Albion-online.exe than start launcher, It will download it once again. That helped for me.
