Hey there, so for Cursed Skull this is working as intended by design, the area deals repeatedly damage (but it is not a debuff like poison for example) hence the healing works. As for Undead Arrows, this is working as designed too: in addition to your physical damage you deal magical damage as well while the spell is active, so two attacks of a different damage type but still two direct attacks and you get healed for every direct attack when Bloodlust is active.
