Lately, the ping has been too high that my character blinks all over the place, no matter what zone I am into, market, bank, open world, or even solo dungeon. Please fix this.

Every time I try to heal my party with generous heal as a holy healer, there is always a 1 second delay before it cast, while when I'm casting it on my self it cast instantly please fix this, this only happens after the balance patch

@Elsa When can we get the hotfix for mobile users? Yes a hotkey for inspecting people is a good thing to have but being unable to read their abilities means it's useless.
