You can locate the Black Zone through the Portal. Go to the NORTH in Lymhurst and you'll find a place called the Conqueror's Hall - from there, there is a portal located directly to the North inside the hall. Enter through the portal and you will arrive in the Lymhurst Portal Zone - from there you can choose a direction to go and will find yourself in the black zone. Hope this helps!

Although Support is unlikely to help you, as there are no rules against "scamming" and "robbing", I would recommend you lock down the permissions on your Island and Chests to make sure no one else can use the chests besides you. I would remove all of the "Co-Owners, Builders & Visitors" from your Island, and additionally remove any "Users / Co-Owners" from your chests to protect them for the future.
