Why the relic chest (1h chest) in queen update was removed? was the most important zone where solo and small group player can done pvp and had reward. and anly had chest for 5 and 7 h ?

Why you dont delete the huge ammount of guild still inactive in the rooster? for example if some one do a guild search by leangue " they see lot of guilds." but the 80% are old or inactive guild. why dont clean ? if 1 guild dont do 1 point of fame until 1 month, clean it ....
