  • Easy, put a limit of 4 HO per map, and change the stupid HO shield recovery to a daily shield instead of just a full recovery on a failed attack. Currently defenders just wait till a lvl 3 HO has 2 shield to put up a massive handholding defense of cluster queue making 4 days of effort and resources from the attackers go to waste.
