On PC you should be able to change camera angle with the arrow keys. On mobile, tablet, etc. there should be a button to the left side of the screen. Once you press on the button, four arrows pointing up, down, left, and right should pop up and you can change the camera angle by pressing these four arrows. You can make the arrows disappear by pressing the button on the left side of the screen again.
