I plan on getting a Direbear with high weight capacity for this purpose- I like to gather everything. Is it viable to have like 5 different sets of gear on hand in blue/ zones? The idea is to not have to always return to town to switch gear when I tire of skinning and want to mine, ect.

can this game be enjoyed longterm without ever engaging in red/black zone? maybe somebody could create a guide with complete list of viable activities. I am afraid at some point I will cap out with yellow zone gathering.

how does this work? can I still have my parrot cage offhand and weapons/fire staff equiped?
