I keep getting kicked out from the game and randomly encountering blackscreen issues when jumping into new zones, it's getting really annoying to the point of not wanting to play anymore, and i have died a lot in blackzone because of this. I tried everything to solve this and failed. PLEASE HELP.

Server went offline and after that I can't log in with my main character. All my other characters connect right, but my main one gets kicked back to login screen after clicking enter world. Please help! UPDATE: When i finally managed to log in after "ddos protection activated" i was Dead. Lost all my stuff. I guess SBI doesn't care if you die because of server problems?

I bought several keys of this game in November 2015. Played for a month hardcore style, then I realize there's gonna be a wipe. I felt like this was all a fraud and stopped playing. I just log in yesterday very excited... coming from a long long wait. JUST TO SPEND MY DAY AND REALIZE, THERES GONNA BE ANOTHER WIPE? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I have my friends, and my 2 brothers keys still untouched. I NEED TO KNOW WHEN I WILL BE ABLE TO PLAY WITHOUT HAVING TO START ALL OVER AGAIN IN A COUPLE OF MONTHS.

Any community manager can answer this question once for all from an oficial source?
