One thing I do not understand, Is why didn't they /couldn't they do a separated matrice of codes for cd and open world, this way nerfing or buffing somthing for corrupted dungeon would not affect it's efficiency in the other aspect of the game

Nerfing and buffing wapons because CD are totally stupid idea. some wapons are usefull only on some situations. tombhammer or quarterstaff find place on CD but on most other places players dont use it. So what happend when quarterstaff will be nerf?…
