島で織物職人（見習い）を建築したのですが、 所有者がSystemとなっており、権限がありませんと言われアップグレードや解体もできない状況です。（建築者は自プレイヤー） 他に立てた建物は建築者と所有者どちらも自分でアップグレードも行えます。 これはバグですか？ それとも時間経過とともに解決されるものですか？ スレッド違いでしたらすみません。 よろしくお願いします。

Update: In my specific case the issue seems to be permanently resolved and fixed.

Is there a timer that you have to wait to reclaim items after leaving a guild? I left guild, went back to reclaim, but no option to do so. I know it is 7 days after clicking reclaim, but is there a timer before you can click?
