At this point, I honestly think SBI did this to troll us fishermen. I don't see any valid explanation as to why sharks spawn every hour in one god damn location, specifically in a starter zone.

Maybe because they re constantly updating a beta version in order to work properly while in the pc version they are solely flipping some variables to nerf/buff stuff and adding some maps and textures?
