Madma, thanks for the response. So from what you wrote, that exclamation point and the cool down on my abilities happens when I'm not flagged and someone who is flagged comes near me? That seems counter-intuitive as when all my abilities are in cool down…

What do you think they're doing that's against the rules? I don't see that mentioned in your post.
