There is no real high loot area where it concerns playerkills. People can be killed everywhere. If youre talking industry, yes nullsec remains king. Just join one of them, itll open up to you.

Thanks! I'll give it another try since I started to enjoy grinding in mmos again...hope the high loot areas are not locked by big guilds still.
